Helping with housing discrimination

Our Concerned Citizens for Justice has helped Citizens in the Lee County, MS area. Several residents were being discriminated by the landlord of a trailer park.   Residents had been forced to leave. Their rent wasn't behind, and they had no complaints on their rental files. The landlord even went to the extent of not allowing the school bus on the property to pick up residents' children. These residents are still tied up in court. We will continue to fight for justice in this situation.
